Email is the preferred method of contact. In most cases, emails are typically responded to within 12 hours, seven days a week.
Customers Motel Res does not yet have a call center. Customers can login and view their reservations online at MotelRes.com or from a motel's reservations page if they use the Motel Res plugin feature. Customers can also cancel reservations online if the motel enables this option. If customers still need assistance, they are instructed to contact the motel directly for help with their reservation or if they need to make reservation changes. |
